We Offer Free Shipping on Every Order
Every order placed at InkyCustoms includes free standard shipping — no minimum spend, no hidden fees. Whether you’re ordering a single insert cover or a bundle of slipcovers, shipping is always on us.

Dispatch Times
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
All of our products are made to order and handcrafted individually by our team. We run dedicated print sessions every Monday and Thursday (and sometimes Wednesday), which is when your order will be produced and prepared for dispatch.
Standard dispatch time: 1–7 working days from the date your order is placed.
Please note that dispatch time and delivery time are two separate things. Your total wait from order to arrival is production time plus delivery time.
🎄 Christmas & Busy Periods
During November through January our order volumes increase significantly. During this period please allow 14–21 working days for dispatch. We always work through the queue as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during busy periods.
Delivery Timeframes
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Delivery timeframes below apply after your order has been dispatched. You will receive a dispatch notification email the moment your order is on its way.
- UK Standard (Royal Mail 2nd Class): Typically 3–5 working days after dispatch. Please allow up to 14 working days before contacting us, as postal services can occasionally experience delays.
- UK Tracked 48: Typically 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Europe (Tier 1): Typically 7–14 working days after dispatch.
- USA & Canada: Typically 7–14 working days after dispatch.
- Australia & New Zealand: Typically 7–21 working days after dispatch. New Zealand shipments in particular can take longer due to customs processing.
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked — tracking is included on every order. Delivery may be affected by customs processing, which is outside our control.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is available for eligible orders dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked services. If your order includes tracking:
- Your tracking number will be sent to you in your dispatch confirmation email
- Tracking is also available in your account dashboard at https://www.inkycustoms.com/my-account under Orders
- A direct link to the Royal Mail tracking page is provided in your dashboard
Please note that tracking information can sometimes take a few hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking number is not showing results immediately, please try again the following morning.
If you would like a fully tracked service, you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for a small additional fee.
Packaging
How Is My Order Packaged?
We take packaging seriously to make sure every order arrives in perfect condition. Packaging is determined by your order contents:
- Insert Cover (alone): Sent flat in a rigid A4 cardboard-backed envelope clearly marked ‘Please Do Not Bend.’
- Insert Cover + Case: If you add a compatible case to your insert cover order, your insert will be placed directly inside the case and the two will be shipped together as a complete unit — no flat envelope needed.
- 1–2 Slipcovers: Sent flat in rigid A5 cardboard-backed envelopes.
- 3–14 Slipcovers: Sent flat in rigid A5 cardboard-backed envelopes with a hard cardboard stiffener added inside for extra reinforcement.
- 15+ Slipcovers: Large orders may be shipped in a box depending on the total size and volume of the order. We always use the most appropriate packaging to ensure everything arrives safely.
Slipcovers arrive fully assembled — simply unfold the two remaining corners to open into their full sleeve shape, then slide over your case. No further assembly required.

International Orders
Shipping Outside the UK
We ship internationally to Europe, North America, Australia, and New Zealand via Royal Mail International Tracked. Shipping costs are shown in the table above and are fixed per destination zone — no surprises at checkout.
Import duties & taxes
All shipments are declared accurately on customs forms as printed goods / collector items at their actual value. We do not mark items as gifts or undervalue shipments.
Your country’s customs authority may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These charges are entirely outside our control and are the responsibility of the buyer.
US customers: Please be aware that the USA eliminated its de minimis duty-free exemption in August 2025 — import duties may now apply to shipments of any value entering the US. We’d recommend checking with US Customs (CBP) or your carrier for the latest guidance before ordering if you’re unsure.
For other countries, we recommend checking your local import thresholds if you’re unsure. Low-value printed goods are generally unlikely to attract charges, but we can’t guarantee this.
Where we don’t ship
We currently ship to the UK, Europe (Tier 1), USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand only. We don’t ship to the Middle East, South America, Africa, Asia, or Russia/Belarus, as we can’t guarantee reliable tracked delivery to those regions.
Something Wrong With Your Delivery?
Order Not Arrived or Arrived Damaged?
Order hasn’t arrived?
If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of your dispatch notification (28 working days for international orders), please contact us with your order number. We will open a formal investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf. Please do not delay in reporting a non-arrival once the timeframe has passed.
Order arrived damaged?
Please take clear photographs of both the outer packaging and the damaged item, then contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
Wrong item received?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you promptly.
