Returns & Refund Policy

Our returns and refund policy for all InkyCustoms orders.

Our Commitment

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be happy with every order. If something is not right, we will do our best to resolve it fairly and promptly. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected by this policy.

Standard Products — Returns

You may return standard catalogue products (slipcovers and insert covers) within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unopened, and resellable condition and you contact us before returning.

How to return: Email support@inkycustoms.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning. We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

Return shipping: Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Custom Printed Products — No Returns

Custom printed products are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes Custom Slipcover Printing, Custom Insert Cover Printing, and any other made-to-order printed items. Because these are produced specifically to your submitted design file, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds, except as described in the sections below.

We strongly recommend using our £1 Artwork Check service before placing a custom printing order.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and item
  2. Email support@inkycustoms.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photographs

Failure to report within 3 days may affect your ability to claim a replacement or refund. We will offer a replacement or full/partial refund at our discretion upon review.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please visit our Contact us page and message us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and cover return postage where applicable.

Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the following timeframes from dispatch, please contact us at support@inkycustoms.com with your order number:

  • UK orders: 14 working days
  • International orders: 28 working days

We will raise an investigation with Royal Mail. Resolution timelines depend on the outcome of the carrier investigation.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are not eligible for return or refund (except where required by law):

  • Custom printed products
  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window
  • Items not in their original, unopened, resellable condition
  • Items damaged after delivery through customer use or mishandling

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
