We provide a blank PSD template for you to design your cover in Photoshop (available in our Templates section). Once your design is complete, please follow our official export guide and submit your file in PDF format.
We highly recommend creating a folder on Google Drive, uploading all of your high-resolution PDFs there, and ensuring the folder is set to “Anyone with the link can view.” Simply paste that folder link into the Design URL box before adding the item to your cart. If you have specific instructions, you can include that information there.
To process as many orders as possible every day, we print all files exactly as they are submitted. However, if you want peace of mind, you can add our File Quality Check Service for £1.00. Our team will personally review your file, email you with feedback and suggest ways to improve the print quality before it goes to production.
We print on a premium 300gsm silk finish cardstock specifically chosen because it does not crack on folded edges. We use high-end toner printing — not inkjet or standard photo paper — giving your slipcover the authentic, substantial feel of a retail product.
Not at all. Every slipcover is carefully hand-cut and hand-folded by the InkyCustoms team. They arrive perfectly sized and ready to use immediately.
Turnaround times vary depending on our current schedule and order size. Custom orders can be dispatched in as little as 1 business day, but please allow 7 to 10 days during busy periods.
We print almost anything, including custom artwork and third-party designs. However, we have a strict zero-tolerance policy for explicit content involving minors. Any orders violating this policy will be immediately cancelled and refunded.
Because these items are custom-made to your exact specifications, all custom slipcovers are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable as outlined in our Terms of Service. Please double-check your design for any errors before submitting.
